As a writer/presenter/producer/actor and voice over talent, Russo recognized her passion for the performing arts as a child when she developed a deep appreciation for poetry. Through writing and recording poetry of her own and reciting that of others she became an adventurer taking on different personas and experiencing the heartache and happiness of the human spirit through the written word. The extension of this expression was realized during her performances in musical theater and Georgian folk dancing. These experiences catapulted her into a BA program in Mass Media Studies in London where she established a solid foundation that led her to international television production, first as a weather anchor then as the host, writer and executive producer of a traditional cultural show. 

  In 2007 Russo took the bold step to leave her European community to continue her adventure in the US, where in Northern California she worked behind the scenes in television, in front of the camera as an actress and presenter, and as the multi-cultural voice for several commercial and advertising ventures. She has studied intensively under some of the most recognized names in the arts and entertainment industry and has a unique ability to portray a variety of ethnicities while performing in multiple languages, both in comedy and drama. Her relocation to the Los Angeles area solidified her commitment to the arts and entertainment industry and she continues to hone her skills through workshops, classes and various training programs.

  Whether dancing on stage, reciting poetry, presenting or performing Russo is prepared and ready to face the challenges of the future in the industry that has captured her heart. While the majority of her time is spent on refining her skills, she finds time to enjoy the simpler things in life and particularly enjoys the beauty of nature that surrounds us, writing poems and the serenity that yoga brings to one’s inner self. But her most important accomplishment has been raising her son, guiding him through the labyrinth of life as he grows and develops into a productive young man with a healthy, optimistic approach for the future. Through these simple pleasures she stays grounded and focused on her continued adventures.
