Writing poems can be a creative outlet and also a lead to greater self-awareness. It can be a form of self therapy that provides a gateway to the soul. Explore your creativity in a heart-centered, supportive group led by published author Russo Shanidze. In these workshops, you will learn to analyze and critique your own writing, share your work (poems, short stories, essays, etc.) with others and get constructive feedback, express your creativity, and build a community of fellow artists.

Whether you are writing for yourself or for others, the primary focus of this course is to help you create a habit for writing and discover your voice.

One of my favorite aspects of the Poetry and Creative Writing Workshop is that Russo creates a safe place and holds space for me, really well, to be able to share my work and personal stories. She guides me to express my emotions and experiences through writing.
